In this article I’ll talk to you about affiliate marketing and we will focus on Clickbank Affiliate Marketing. Showing you a good example of a way to do it that should yield you a lot of money if you’re consistent with it.

So first let me tell you what affiliate marketing is. And its not a hard to understand thing. It’s just where you find a product that you like or are passionate about, and the product creator or owner of it, allows you to sell it or market it for them.

You simply market the product and when you make a sale the owner of the product pays you a commission. And the commission’s are usually high. You can make anywhere from 50% to 100% commissions.

With those types of commissions you can certainly make a life changing income for yourself. But you have to have some of what I call “stick-to-it-ive-ness”. It’s not a one and done thing. You know, no getting rich over night. Right!

Now that you know what Affiliate Marketing is, lets give an example for our training.

Ready? Let’s do this…

The Training or Method

Using Clickbank as our platform to market from, we will choose a product from there. Get our Affiliate link. And then market it to make sales.

A little about Clickbank. It is a platform where marketers can come and find products to chose from and market for commissions. They have multiple categories you can choose from. Or commonly known as “Niches”.

The 3 most prominent niches are Health and Wellness, Wealth or Making Money, and Relationships.

There also many sub-niches under each of these.

If you don’t have an account at Clickbank, its easy to create one and its free. In fact, all of this training is free to do in this method. And should be able to be done from most anywhere in the world for that matter. If you can’t reach Clickbank, you can also use a site called Digistore24.com – access it here

It’s an Affiliate marketing site as well. Sometimes referred to as the sister site to Clickbank.

This training method can be done with any product you choose to use. Ok so let’s get down to the nitty gritty.

For this training example, we will use a product in the photography or video niche. So we get logged in to our account. Then we click on “Marketplace” link at the top of the page.

On that page you see a search engine at the top. We click in there and type in “photography”.  Then we set the sort results by “gravity”.

That brings up a list of products to do with that category. We’ll choose the one called “Want To Shoot Video With Your Camera??”. Its a product that will help people better at shooting videos.

With that product you can make about $35.00 per sale.

If you click on that link “Want To Shoot Video With Your Camera??” it takes you to a video sales letter. Also known as a VSL. It’s a nice video that promotes the product. you can watch that if you want.

So now, we want to click on the “red promote button”. That brings up your window to get your affiliate link to promote the product with. You want to make sure that you type in your “Account Nickname” in the box provided.

Then you just come to the bottom and click on “Get Hoplinks”. That will bring up at the bottom of the window, your long ugly Clickbank affiliate link. Copy that. Take it over to Bitly.com and shorten it up. Make it more presentable. 

We have our product now and our link to promote it with.

Next comes how were going to market it to make our money.

At this point head over to a site called Bloglovin.com – access it here         

This site is a site where you can post article for 100% free. And you can put in your affiliate links in your articles. Now hold on a minute, I can here some of you saying I don’t like to write articles. Or I don’t know how to.

Well I have you covered here too. You won’t have to write any articles. I’m going to show you how to get those for free to use.

At this site, you can create a free account using your Facebook account, or create a local account right on the site. So create your account. Get signed in.

You see there many categories you can write a blog in. It’s a site where you can create blog posts in several categories.

Your posts are automatically placed in the proper categories based on your keywords of your title.

At this point we want to create an article. Since our product is in the photography, videography niche, or category, we need to find an article we can use. So now we go over to a site called “Sooperarticles.com” –access it here

At this site we can borrow articles we can use for free. Copyright free. Legal. So next we do a search on the site, for “Videography”. We’re making sure everything across the board is congruent.

You will see many articles to do with videography. All you need to do is just pick one you like, that goes good with your product, from what you learned about it when you watched the VSL video. Remember? Keep it congruent across the board…

…So now that we have our article we like. We come back to Bloglovin, and setup to create a blog post. At that site click on the “New Post” link at the top of the page.

That opens the editor. Go back over to Sooperarticles. Copy your article you chose. Bring it back to Bloglovin. Paste it in the body of the article. Go back to Sooperarticles. Copy the title. Bring it back to Bloglovin. Paste it in the title.

It’s good to give credit back to the author of the article you used. But it’s your choice. Create a link back to the author of the article. In your blog post.

Now it’s time to insert our Affiliate Links.

You can make whats called an anchor link. You can use an image link also. Speaking of image, we will need to go also over to a site called Unsplash.com –access it here

We’re going to use a photograph from there to insert into our blog post. So go over there. This site if free to use pictures and videos of whatever you want. Pick one congruent to our theme, and use it.

Download it to your computer. Go back to Bloglovin. Upload that picture to your post you’re creating. Done.

Now, lets insert a link somewhere in the post article. Pick a word or 2 or 4  or a sentence if you want and, highlight it. Up comes a little block with a chain link in it. Click that. It opens up so you can insert your Affiliate link. Paste your link in there. Click ok. Done.

Insert about 3 of those throughout your post article. Then at the bottom of the article create a link there, telling your prospective customer that you have a link to a program that helped you to increase your videography abilities and skills. So you have about 4 links to your product back on Clickbank. When someone clicks on those links and buys, you get paid.

So if you’re done with it and have it looking the way you like, just click on “Post” at the top right. You’re post is now live on the site with your affiliate links in them. You’re good to go.

Conclusion

Now all you have to do is keep it up. Remember I talked about some “stick-to-it-ive-ness” back up there right. So you see the more you post, the more chance you have to make money. Using all kinds of categories to sell products in. Keep going.
