No doubt you’ve been to Amazon.com before and shopped your favorite stuff. Heck maybe you’ve even bought a car from the Amazon site before. Yeah they sell vehicles. And all kinds of autoparts to for that matter. But have you ever tried to make money with Amazon?

In this article I’m going to show you a really good way to make money using the Amazon website. I’ve had experience selling products from there, and I want to share with you how you can do it too.

If you’ve heard of Amazon FBA, that’s not what this article will be teaching you. This is about their affiliate program. Selling any and all products on their website and making commissions from those sales. FBA deals with dropshipping methods.

If that’s what you’re interested in, by all means you can do that. But the way I’m going to show you there won’t be hardly any overhead like FBA. Such as customer service, returns, curating products, making sure they get shipped on time to Amazon, etc., etc..

This is the beauty of affiliate marketing in that you don’t have to deal with all that. And you can make money from home easily doing this. So lets get started…

First Thing First 

To start with you’re going to need a website or blog. Now, you can get a wordpress blog set up for pretty cheap right here. Or you can also go to WordPress.com and create one as well. But better yet you can use Googles platform called Blogger. It’s totally free and completely customizeable. In fact that’s the recommended way.

Here’s why, because Google always favors their own products first before any other out on the internet. So being that Blogger.com is theirs, you can rest assured that it is already optimized for, well, the Google search engine right. Yup! Let me give you an example of how I know this.

I have an Android Phone. Do you know that the android operating system on those phones is a google product? It is. On top of that my android phone is a Google Pixel 2. Again a Google product. My phone just got the Android OS version 10 upgrade the other week. But, all the other android phones, such as the famous Galaxy S9, S10, Galaxy Note 10, won’t get this upgrade for some months down the road yet.

That guys is how I know Google favors their products over any others first. Blogger is the way to go!!

If you have just a standard gmail account thats all you need to set up a blog at blogger. Very easy to do. So get your blog setup and get ready to rock. 🙂

Second Things Second  

Now that you have your blog setup and ready to get down, its time to get your Amazon Associates account setup. So bee bop over to affiliate-program.amazon.com and sign up for your free affiliate account. By the way, everything I’m showing you here is 100% free. Unless you just want to pay for something. Up to you. After you get signed up for your account there, make sure to get the amazon assistant extension for your browser.

It’s a tool bar that will show up when you go to amazon’s website at the top of your browser. It makes it very easy to get your affiliate links when you load up any of their products in your browser. It’s called Amazon Site Strip.

After you have all that ready to go its just a matter of choosing a product that you’re interested in on their site.

Third Thing Third 

So now you’re ready to rock and roll. What your going to do is write a product review on your blog of the product you chose. Everything you need to do the review is right there on the amazon product page. Just take the description info, technical details, and even include some of their customer reviews of the product in your review on your blog.

Don’t just copy and paste what you see there in your blog post. Google don’t like that. You take what you read and just re-word it in your words. Your post should be about 500 words or more.  You can even do a search for other reviews on your chosen product. and just get ideas to write in your review. It’ll be about that much by the time you include some images and wording for those. You can copy the images from there site if you want or go to Google and search for your product images there too.

After you write your review, make sure that you include anchor links throughout your post to your product using your affiliate link. Anchor links are links like you seen back up there where I told you to go to the amazon affiliate site to sign up. Can be any amount of words in any sentence to make your links. Post about 6 – 9 of those within your review writing.

You can even make your images be links to the product as well. At the end of your review article be sure to include a call to action. Ask them to click the link to purchase the product you just reviewed by clicking the link there.

While writing your review you want to show them how your product will help them and benefit them. Then just include your CTA at the end of the writing. After that your all set to make money with Amazon. The amount of money you make will increase over time because of the consistent posting of reviews.

The more reviews you do the more your site will rise up in the search engines. Particularly the google search engine. So see, making money online is actually fun. And easy too.

As a beginner this is enough information here to get you going on how to make money with amazon. The only other thing is how you chose to design your blog. Which is totally up to you.
