Normally I write about how to make money on this site and ways to do it. But, today I’d like to bring some help to those worried about the pandemic known as the Coronavirus.

This help will be in the form of 4 primary tips that are the first responders, if you will, that you should be sure to adhere to. Basically don’t forget these first. Hang on to these.
A few weeks ago Cnet came out with an article telling how bad the issue with the coronavirus has become. And gave some ways to help protect oneself from it. I’m going to re-iterate and highlight what I see as the primary tips here in this article.
This is indeed a sad time for our world. Things have changed rather quickly because of the Coronavirus and steadily gotten worse over the last many weeks.
I will say one thing here that, it’s kudos to our healthcare workers all over the world. You’re the greatest. Thank you so much for what you do. Appreciate you so much!
Pay attention to these tips and you should be just fine. So let’s get on with this…
First and Foremost – Tip #1
First of all let me say here, that I can only speak for the United States where this virus is concerned. I don’t live in any other country, so it would be amiss if I spoke outside of what I know here.

So, here in the US we currently (as of this writing) are under a requested confinement. Quarantine if you will. Voluntarily.

The first tip is to stay inside as much as you can. Even if your place of work is still allowing you to come to the office or factory, just stay inside as much as possible. Our Government is telling us to do whats called social distancing too.
Stay outside of 5 feet away from people. A good precaution I believe.
If you must go to the grocery or wherever, either take some anti-bacterial hand wipes with you or just make sure to wash your hands when you get back home. Good for anywhere you go when you’re away from home.
But by all means as much as possible it’s a good idea to just stay at home. About the safest bet I’d say.
Which brings me to tip number 2…
Tip #2
Yes tip number 2 is to wash your hands more than usual. Sounds weird doesn’t it. But that’s the time we live in unfortunately. But also along with good hygiene, tip number 2 here also includes keeping your clothes clean.
Most folks do laundry what about once a week. Well it might be now that doing them everyday may be the best thing. As you wear them for the day or even if you leave and when you get back home, to wash them sooner rather than later.

In fact if you have any animals such as a dog or cat. And they go outside for any length of time, probably would be a good idea to rinse them off too, before they come back in.
Do Not Do This
Certainly if you’ve had a cold or dare I say regular flu recently, then do not go outside at all if possible, for 2 reasons…
Your immune system is very low already. You are more susceptible to get the Coronavirus.
No need to take the chance to spread what you have either.
Just make sure you’re really over it and back up to par in your health and how you feel.
Tip #3
Also make sure to eat right to boost your immune system high. Eat lots of dark leafy vegetables and one of my favorites, drink lemon water everyday.
Lemon water helps to really boost your immune system, because it keeps the pH of your body at high levels. This is researchable by the way. By eating right you will be able to keep your body healthy which in turn helps you fight off any viruses.

One thing that helps to ward off any immune deficiency also is lay off so much dairy products. Ever notice when you had just a cold, that when you drank milk for example, it seemed to stop you up? Laying off anything dairy while having any sickness seems to help.
Rather drink lots of water.
Tip #4
Last but not least, use this time to be close to your family. I know lots of people are laid off or possibly even losing their jobs because of this. Love is the foremost thing at this time. Try not to take each other for granted even though everybody is living closer now because of having to stay at home more now.
We’re living in times like we have never before seen here in the US and around the world.
Play games together, share stories, talk to one another. Basically love each other because now you can. Where before we were all either going to work or to school, and we barely seen each other. At least until the weekend. Right.
